I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the service provided by H&R Block and specifically Laura Rosales. Despite providing all the necessary documents and information well in advance, she managed to file my taxes a month late. As a result, not only did I receive a huge penalty fee from the IRS, but I also had to pay it out of my own pocket. But that's not even the worst part.
