We went to do our taxes here back in February and the Latin employee man who attended us seemed not to have lots of experience filing taxes. We had to return at least three times to sign a missed signature or other, plus he made a mistake not adding in my mother as a dependent and he ended up doing it through the mail, and until this day we haven't received the whole amount owed to us.
