I would give them a zero star if I could. My mom went to Ladonna Hughett after the IRS mistakingly declared for dead. She assured my mom that all when be taken care of, and that she would get her 2022 and 2023 tax returns back by a certain date. She paid $190 and was promised if she did not get her tax return back by a certain date they would help her or give her a refund. I wouldn't go to there ever. They done my mom's taxes for 2024 and she still hasn't got them and this 2026.they screwed her right of her taxes. I call the IRS and they told her taxes has been filed 3 different times from that places
Several mistakes were made on preparing my taxes over the years. First one was for $17,000 the IRS said I owed. That was taken care of. Still not a good feeling to get a letter from IRS . Now I'm dealing with trying to get my return back from 2024. Found out H&R Block had made another mistake on paper work and discovered they made same mistake on 2023 taxes.
