I have been filing my taxes here for years and I had my appointment scheduled MONTHS in advance. I took off work, got someone to cover for me, and the DAY OF my appointment, only a few hours before, they called and told me that it was cancelled and I would have to reschedule. I am taking my business to another tax company. They did the exact same thing to me last year with my appointment.
I had a great service provided by Carol. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had my taxes done in a quick manner and I received my refund in about a week and a half. The office staff is helpful and a nice clean office. I well use H and R Blocks service again next year.
