Worst experience. Charged me more at the end than the initial advertisement. Arnold told me that they would charge me regardless whether i filed with them or not since he already started the filing process. My advice is ask for the pricing before you sit down because they won’t until the end. Arnold was very slow and took over an hour to file our taxes. This location is the worst! We have been waiting for over a year for help from Geri. My husband has called and left numerous messages for her. H and R Block promised to pay for their error in our tax filing and they have not yet done what they promised. Geri, if you see this, please call my husband back, Kenny. We left our documents at your office in 2022 and are still waiting for you to do the right thing and pay the IRS as you promised.
had a incredible experience with the H&R Block location in Justin, TX. I had Carol do my taxes. When I came in I was overwhelmed. Then Carol assured me she would be able to take care of everything in a timely manner. Cant thank Carol enough.
