Awful awful awful. My husband dropped his taxes off over 2 weeks ago. He was told someone would call him, no one ever did. We called for a week straight and no one answered the phone. We finally got through to the secretary who told us they had the wrong phone number on file. She said someone would call us and they STILL have not called us. If I could give zero stars I would.
They're cheap here for a reason. Only had the ability to drop off due to timing and they have the audacity to state they'll charge interest if you can't pick up same day as they're done, god forbid you can't make it in for some reason. Don't appear to care or help with your taxes either, no contact other than come and pay us.
I have seen my money in my account in 2 weeks on top of paying over 200 to get them done.
They dont properly inform you of important information one needs and it causes a great deal of stress. They are getting worse by the year. Never ever again .
