They have no hesitation taking your hard earned money for e filing but they don’t actually do it. So then all of the other things like your Gst, trillium and anything else you qualify for you don’t get and they don’t careÂ

Submitted my tax info without sitting down and talking to me. After I said “I will like to sit down and discuss my taxes and write offs”. They just proceeded to file them and then when they call me they say they finished it. Will never use them again.Â
