Service was great but it took them 13 days to send my file to Irs saying they didn't receive payment from Me while I did pay with my debit card at the day of service. Don't think it's fair paying for the service and waiting that long while the mistake was on their side.
Had another great experience with Wayne Dsouza. Great guy
I made a phone appointment but my tax preparer called me and we got my stuff square on the phone. We wanted to clear up some confusion about paying for services so my wife called and was given different information then what was shown online. When we wanted to change something we were told to call another office because my tax preparer was not in. My accountant Christina did an excellent job. She was clear and concise and helped us save a lot on our taxes! I was at bit surprised by the $200 increase in tax prep costs (from around $400 to $600) when I actually made less this year than last. I probably can't afford that next year; I'll have to check around and see if all the prices have increased that dramatically.
Larry always does a great job for us, part of the family now.
