These people are the absolute worst place to go for your taxes. I dropped my taxes off on April 3rd, heard nothing from them until I called on the 13th. Not only did they not prepare my taxes at all, but transferred them to another location to be competed without asking me first. They also informed me that items they scanned were missing, and my tax preparer would call me back.
