Worked with them for tax year 2023. Wanted to get the early tax refund service. Was told no problem. But weeks on end and they said they were still processing. They finish it one day past the early refund deadline so I can’t get it. Plus they didn’t file correctly. I still paid full price for the other services. And I have called monthly for 7 months to get my amended return completed and still getting strung along.
