Service absolument exécrable! Tout d'abord, on me dit qu'il y a des frais de 240$ à payer pour mes impôts. J'ai un emploi et je suis au études, ce n'est pas trop compliqué dans cette situation. Je demande pouquoi, le monsieur devient sur la défensive directement. Dans la confusion, je me dis "ça doit être le prix à payer pour le montant que je dois au gouvernement". Unfortunaly the worse service and unfriendly people I ever saw. One question and get turned away. Please go elsewhere, I am sure you deserve better.
Plus jamais H&R block Brossard ,on nous a fait une évaluation des coûts pour nos impôts, lors de la rencontre pour confirmer nos dossiers les coûts avaient plus que doublé , je demande quelle était la raison et on m’a dit que la personne qui avait fait l’évaluation était nouveau donc incompétent , j’ai tout cancellé et nous sommes aller chez un CPA , le résultat n’est même pas le même que hr block , conclusion service et résultat INCOMPÉTENT NEVER AGAIN .
I tried to speak in french and English they do not have proper language knowledge to communicate properly with you just went back to sign my tax papers it took 2 hours I had to tell her what and how to do at a point they said Money would be into my card within 24 hours never received money now I have to call Federal office to make sure everything is fine ....
