This place is bs. They had us open a Spruce Account to get our taxes instead of my bank because we got a $500 advance now we can't transfer but 3500 a month so now I have to wait 3 months to get my money into my actual account that my bill come out. When I call Spruce each person I talked to said something different and when I asked where they was located she said she was in Africa. I don't know if H&R Block gets a kickback for this but it's complete BULLSHIT. DO NOT let them open a Spruce Account for your money.
The staff there is amazing and knowledgeable they gave me great future tax advice
It was quick and easy, and Regina my tax professional was very kind. If she didn't have the diligence to stop and talk to me on my way out I would of missed a huge opportunity.
