Had an appointment with Sanchit for April 20 at 3pm. Received a call the night before at 16:58 confirming our appointment at 1pm. Received an email at 17:03 changing our appointment from 3pm to 1pm. When I called back Sanchit tried to gaslight me that I don’t understand the 24hr clock (I use it daily for work and my phone is literally set to the 24hr clock) which is also a mute point anyways because the bookings and email confirmation does not go by the 24hr clock. Absolutely awful, had an appointment for March 4th, after being brushed off from numerous calls when they actually answer the phone, and in person. After a month I am told they haven't even started filing my taxes but they can set me up an appointment at another store so I'll need to retrieve my file and take it there myself. *** Edit, seems like a trend with this branch looking at previous reviews, seems like this run around happens pretty frequently.
Terrible experience. If you would like a headache, go to this H&R block. First of all it took a month and for some reason they sent our taxes out of that office to NewWestminster which was not known to us. Second, they called to ask me if I wanted the $25 piece of mine insurance . I said no. When I went to sign my income taxes, I saw that they had charged for it. Total scam. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
