Our returns were completed and we are satisfied with the results. Although we initially had an issue with the billing, we were able to satisfactorily and quickly resolve it. Our preparer was very professional, patient and friendly. I will definitely be using an H&R Block preparer next year.
I would not recommend for anyone who doesn't have expert knowledge on taxes as you'll be treated with disrespect.
