"Hey your taxes are done. I don't know why but the price went up from last year. There's another charge for a credit you'll be receiving; I can take that off but you won't get your credit" I'm aware these people are just data entry clerks with a bit of sales training, so maybe the manager should be making the phone calls to customers for a more nuanced explanation of a nearly 30% price increase. I know why the price went up, it makes me extremely uneasy that the person preparing my return does not.
This location and Brad were great when I first started using them. After I got married and perhaps extra work(not sure)I was told one thing after another. They were not truthful.They told me they had taken care of the issues that arose; welp, they did not.They also told me, they put in an amendment, they did not. They did however put in a extension. The IRS rep today, confirmed that they were still waiting on the documentation they told me they sent. I tried to call, email, stop in, and nothing was handled We have been MORE ... read more
