Walked in and dropped off paperwork and within two hours they were done! This was two days before the 15th! Awesome.
I dropped off my forms with a list of specific questions attached and upon having mostly completed my return, Eric called me with some quite detailed answers to each of my questions. Pricing is still high, way high. But I've come to terms with it because in reality I'm paying for the 2 or 3 hours I DON'T have to spend doing my taxes.
