Elizabeth is an angel! Words can not describe how helpful and so thorough she is when dealing with K1 business taxes and personal taxes!!! Not all agents are the same. I previously had gone to another H&R block down the street and the agent completely missed key components to keep my tax down. I just am so appreciative of her talents and skills. Mrs. Matan is outstanding! She helped correct past mistakes of a tax preparer from a different firm and was able to get me thousands of dollars in tax returns from previous years.
This was the biggest rip off. My tax person has only ever charged me 100 dollars. He retired so I trusted the rip off company to do my taxes. They charged me over 400 dollars. Nothing has changed. I will never recommend them to anyone. The person was abrasive and rude when asked questions and wasn’t honest about the pricing. DONT USE this company.
