I was 8 years behind in my taxes and a very lovely women helped sort it out over an hour and a half. I couldn't be more pleased with return.
I used to love going to H&R block and trusted them to have my taxes done efficiently. After this year I will never be going to them again. The individual who was filing my taxes, was unorganized, inefficient, and not clear in any of their contact attempts. They claimed several times to not have one of my slips that I gave them that contained my personal information on it- only to tell me that they did have it after sending me in circles. I came early before they opened the lady said we don’t open till 10 I had no problem with that but she was quite rude.i was just picking up my return and I got charged $124.00 when I dropped off my taxes the person told me it would cost about $80.00 when I questioned the charge again the rude lady said they probably charged more because of extra work.i had a t4 from my cpp and old age security plus a small pension from one of my places of work $600.00. I have no idea how on Earth this company stays in business. The store hours are more or less lassiez faire during the tax season, they can field 3 offices yet have less than that in employees. Locations just up and disappear and reappear later ; you'd think it's a racketeering front. If there were blackholes to award instead of stars they'd get a full minus 5.
