I have no idea how on Earth this company stays in business. The store hours are more or less lassiez faire during the tax season, they can field 3 offices yet have less than that in employees. Locations just up and disappear and reappear later ; you'd think it's a racketeering front. If there were blackholes to award instead of stars they'd get a full minus 5.

Charged me 230.00 for a mistake they made 3 years prior. Horrible company that I would never recommend.
Fast and efficient service as always! Was told it’d be about 5-7 days to get to my taxes and I got a call the next day that they were done! Even when my partner messed up and forgot to give all information needed they said it would be redone the next day and instead he got called approx 2 hours later that they were done again.
