I went in optimistic and left out discouraged. I felt like the man that saw me, Bernard S. Katupearachchi, didn’t care to help me at all, and was just trying to find a reason to get me out his chair and not “waste his time”. He kept asking me questions like “what made you want to come here” and when I told him I had be doing my taxes on my own through tax slayer, he said “well why don’t you keep doing that then”…very rude and as a tax person, wouldn’t you encourage me to come in and have a professional do it??
