Never filed the necessary paperwork for my state taxes ( which I would have done myself). Was lied to about it and now the state is garnishing my check for taxes I don't owe. Recommend that you go elsewhere

I filed electronically they forgot to file the stuff I had to wait 30 days they filed my stuff not right
It was great service and helped with what I need. The account is trustworthy. The receptionist I had was friendly…until she thought I left I then over heard her suggesting I want to date the account just because I said to tell him thank you. I thought this was an unprofessional assumption. When I pointed this out they laughed
