We’re blessed to have near us one of the only open year round H&R Block. All team members are extremely kind & helpful! Doreen is amazing. She has worked for the IRS, She is straight to the point, no fluff, unbelievable knowledge & has always come through for us! Many local businesses are their clients. This is not a typical H&R Block!! I used them for one year, small business owner helping another small business owner. Worst mistake. This is a franchise location, and are not required to obide policies or procedures. Had to have a cooperate location redo the taxes, and cost me more time and money. She actually made it so i would lose my carry over because of her bumbling Do not trust Doreen, or anyone in her office.
Doreen quickly identified errors I had made and made the necessary corrections that garnered me over $2000.
Office is convenient and staff is very cordial. Atmosphere is professional but personal.
