Super weird experience.. came in for a 2 oclock appointment. showed up and there was nobody in there except for some people out of sight in a cubicle. the people ahead of me got charged 200 dollars, and got told they had to pay another 200 when they came back. 2:15 I set my documents down, tax expert takes a phone call for another 15 minutes. 2:30pm I left. File your own taxes online, save a ton of money and save yourself some time. seems like this place takes advantage of people.
If you value your money, sanity, and IRS sanity, stay far away from H&R Block! They botched all four years of my back taxes, charged me full price, then billed me again for fixing their own mistakes. They even added Obamacare coverage I never had, costing me thousands of dollars and a mountain of IRS paperwork. Customer service? A masterclass in dismissal and finger-pointing.
