If you value your money, sanity, and IRS sanity, stay far away from H&R Block! They botched all four years of my back taxes, charged me full price, then billed me again for fixing their own mistakes. They even added Obamacare coverage I never had, costing me thousands of dollars and a mountain of IRS paperwork. Customer service? A masterclass in dismissal and finger-pointing.
