Absolutely terrible. Do not do your taxes here, they waste your time and in the process, still make spelling mistakes on your own name. First and LAST time filing with you guys
Very unprofessional!
I had the worst experience having my taxes done with H&R in west Roxbury! My agent was Carolina Parker and she was 40 min late, no phone call. However I waited and I had sent them my papers 2 days ahead and she hadn’t even looked at them. She was so incompetent and she was checking from google where to put my expenses. So bad, it took 3 hours for 1 paper and she made a mistake, she doubled my income and I had to pay almost 6k. Be aware, and they charge so much!
