I have used the Sheridan office for years and never had a bad experience. Today, I used the Laramie office for the first time. I applied for the advance. On the screen for your refund it states you can have the rest of your refund deposited into your bank account. I was told if you apply for the advance, the whole refund had to go on the emerald card. Seems like people are tired of their job. Tried to have tax info emailed and couldn’t do it. Called a different H&R Block and instantly was helped in minutes.
I hadn't filed my taxes for six years, like an idiot. I went in and explained my situation to Mardee. She was very professional and friendly. We knocked out those six years in two sessions. I highly recommend her.
