They make mistakes and after that we have to spend another half a year sorting out the mistakes they made, I don't recommend this place.
Please be cautious, as Kenneth D. Barnes makes mistakes in tax returns! Make sure to double-check any documents you receive from him! He likely has poor eyesight, as he misspelled a name while transcribing from the provided documents. He has stated that since the tax return has already been submitted, it cannot be corrected. We don't trust this person, so we will still check it out. I tried doing it myself but gave up and let HRBock do it. The process was easy and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again.
Haven’t received my taxes yet asked for a call back no answer called the complaint number no managers available still i will never go back there again.
