Brittany, my tax preparer is always a delight to work with. I’ve worked with her for a number of years now and every year is a quick and easy process. I don’t ever worry about my taxes when I know she’ll help me get the best return. The entire environment in the establishment is nice and inviting. I could make a separate 5 star review for the cookies alone! It’s a pleasure to work with H&R Block
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The turnaround was very fast and communication was thorough.
Patty, my tax prep person .. very matter of fact, abrupt and knowledgeable. The cost continues to increase annually and for a senior on limited retirement, are pricing me out beyond my means. Would be nice if a discount was offered to seniors but just like the whole world .. greed reigns supreme.
