Always had a good experience with this location until this year. Made an appointment for 1pm only to wait for 30 minutes to be told id need to reschedule because she has to leave for her other job and no one else is available... Just upsetting and unprofessional why allow me to make the appointment in the first place if you dont have time to do your job because of a second job. If I were to make a personal recommendation, I'd say go to the Dawsonville location. One of the tax pros there (an older lady) did not get my wife every deduction available for her self employment income back in 2020, and management appears to be harsher on employees there as opposed to Dawsonville, creating a less pleasant customer service experience overall.

Well after waiting more then a MONTH for Tina to look into my recapture tax I still have no answers. I’m trying to sell my home and wanted to figure out what I might owe in capital gains tax and recapture tax. When in for a consult gave her all the paperwork and she said “give me a few days” and two weeks later and no response so I called and she says “what do you need?” And then that she hadn’t even look into it at all.
