I had my taxes filed through this H&R Block for two years now, and had a great experience with my Tax Experts both times. Last year, Elce Tharp had literally went above and beyond for me, to correct a mistake that I had made while filing and I would absolutely 100% recommend to trust her with your tax filing. This year by chance, I ended up with John Hoffman, and he was also great as well, my taxes were accepted within just hours of the appointment!
I have been working with Fran for two years now and I am glad. She has been very patient, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new tax pro to work with her.
Worst place ever to even find some help. I called them to book the appointment. They mentioned 456 E El Camino real and that using Tax Pro consultant would cost $89. When I reached 456 office, they told me the appointment is scheduled in 717 E El Camino office. When I reached to the 717 E El Camino office, the lady looked at my wages and mentioned they’d need $350 + to file taxes. My 15 min appointment lasted for 5 mins. Would recommend if they not do this to people.
