My CPS was Jay; he did my 2024 taxes. He was great! All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
My tax return contained an error, and the accounting firm refused to prepare an amendment. I will need to seek assistance from another accountant. I found it frustrating that they initially convinced me an amendment wasn't necessary, using technical tax language, while the return was indeed incorrect. This was handled by a Senior Tax Specialist.
