There is an apparent issue with scheduling and availability. Multiple instances of booking online only to be cancelled. Unable to reach by phone to follow up. This is unprofessional.
Horrible experience. Tried filling my taxes online, only to be ignored for an entire week. I tried calling the representative THEY told me to call, TWICE, only for her to say “yeah i dont know how to help”. Only a week after do I get a message “we cant file them in time”. Chiuchi Chin was completely useless. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE.
I made an appointment in advance. Then three days before my appointment, I get a voicemail saying they are fully booked and cannot fulfill my appointment
Awful! This branch has to be one of the worst I've ever seen. I have filed with H&R block (Westmount) in 2024 with Mary Dunlop. Reaching her was close to impossible. This year, I filed online again (submitted late February). I was patient and waited entire March, and sent courtesy messages to ask for status updates. Nothing. In April, I called almost every day at this branch, requesting to reach her (always busy/all sorts of excuses from the receptionist).
