I do not recommend coming to this location at all and here’s why. I had an awful experience with this branch. I booked an appointment woke up early showed up and it was closed, my appointment was cancelled no email or anything just a voice mail with a lady coughing into the phone left at about 8pm the night before. There was a promo running which was going to end in a couple days and this was the only day I could make it. Friendly customer service
DO NOT GO. I had an appointment at 1pm that I scheduled in advance. They proceeded to call me the day before to tell me it got canceled so rescheduled at 11am. On the day of my appointment, they made me wait 50 minutes!!! Then I left because they wasted my time. They don’t even have a receptionist. This is unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to do your taxes.
There is an apparent issue with scheduling and availability. Multiple instances of booking online only to be cancelled. Unable to reach by phone to follow up. This is unprofessional.
Horrible experience. Tried filling my taxes online, only to be ignored for an entire week. I tried calling the representative THEY told me to call, TWICE, only for her to say “yeah i dont know how to help”. Only a week after do I get a message “we cant file them in time”. Chiuchi Chin was completely useless. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE.
