Il m’ont annulé mon rdv a la dernière minute 2 jours avant sans même me proposer un autre dans une autre succursale sois disant parce que 2 de leurs employés sont partis à la retraite, mais la retraite est quelques chose qui se prévoit on peut pas partir à la retraite du jour au lendemain dans avoir prévenu son employeur des mois avant ce n’est pas du tout professionnel

We have been filing tax here since past 4 years, this year they really screwed it up! We dropped our papers in the second week of March and we're not given any acknowledgement of receiving our files and no tentative date of filing too. When we didn't receive any calls by 2nd week of April, started following up on what's happening with our files and were told by the receptionist that 'Kim' is not around and as an receptionist she can only convey her messages. Awful and unorganized. I booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance, received a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before. I arrive and after waiting for ten minutes am told that they have cancelled my appointment and are unable to reschedule or suggest any other options. I am also told that they had called me and left a voicemail to cancel two days prior.
