I like the people and never had a problem with them UNTIL I got the spruce card. Once I reported fraud they didn’t do anything about it and only 4 days later they said there was no fraud at all. Even though the transactions happened the SAME DAY AT THE SAME TIME in DIFFERENT CITIES. They didn’t go a full investigation and it telling me I’m out almost $700 because they can’t find any wrongdoings.
Janice and Gaye (supervisor at this location) spent the day trying to convince my friends elderly mother that moving money from a traditional IRA to a roth IRA was not a taxable event (which is 100% wrong). They then spent the rest of the time trying to convince her that her son, who has been helping with her finances for years, was stealing from her.
