Horrible experience. Preparer was just learning. This was a simple return. 1 hour 45 minutes. She had many questions ( still learning..) Preparer missed the local taxes. Also, technical trouble. Would not pull up signature pages. Three people trying. Finally, printed out and signed them all physically. Will not return.
My husband and I have used them since we moved to Windber and they’ve always been wonderful, helpful and efficient.
Helen is quick and friendly. She’s knowledgeable!
