Shenise was very polite and knowledgeable. Prepared my income tax report quite efficiently. Unlike other tax prep places we used in the passed where we had to wait weeks for it to be finished, my tax returns was prepared right there and then. We were very impressed. Then there was the support afterwards. We will definitely use H&R BLOCK from now on. Loved the service.
