Been going for year's always polite and professional. They will get you the most money back on your returns.
It should not cost so much to have your taxes done, why are the fees so high they are not doing anything special, and they have to ask questions to their coworkers, because they may not know the answer. I have filed my own taxes for the last 10 years only went to H&R because I started a business and wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly.
