Stormy Guffee needs fired. I came in for my 5 oclock appointment today due to the app allowing me to schedule an appointment and the doors still being unlocked. She literally acted as if I inconvenienced her life because the incoming "winter storm". During the appointment she got on the phone with a colleague Wendy, a conversation I could obviously hear.
