Ann Snodgrass had done my business taxes for the last five years, and did a great job. I even had my family start going. Her and her office failed to file my 2023 taxes and this caused huge issues with a re finance and getting my 2024 taxes filed on time. This seems like a huge error and I still don't understand how it happened
