Waited a hour and a half for an appointment that I scheduled a year well in advance. Was not greeted even though I stood at the front for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone and both people had a birds eye view of me. The gal that I didn't have an appointment with finally said hello. The appointment after me came in, was also given the same treatment and left.... nobody noticed.
