OMG H&R Block is expensive! Was satisfied with the service but $330 for short form with a head of household! I went under the offer of $99! I was not expecting more than $150! Never again! Star is for the tax preparer!
Went here to file my 2023 taxes and the woman filed them as 2024 so I had to comeback 2 days later because their computers was slow and wouldn’t load. So when I comeback 2 days later, the lady acted like she didn’t tell me to comeback and she left me a message that morning so she finally finishes after 30mins then proceed to tell me I own money which was fine, but then she proceeded to tell me I have to pay my federal with check or money order mind you she took my banking account information already asked me what day would I... read more

Mr. Eric Stanyard was beyond helpful for me this morning! I wasn’t fully prepared this to file as it wasn’t part of my plans for today. He helped me access everything from last year including bank information I couldn’t get into. He was so patient, understanding and very knowledgeable! Didn’t feel rushed at all even though I took up 2 hours of his time. I highly recommend him for you’re tax services.
