I've always done my own taxes (turbotax) and for the first time ever (this year 2024) I decided to try H&R Block tax professional (14th of February) and so far they have done absolutely nothing. I submitted every single document I have and when I called, I was told they have no idea what "all these transactions" are for....and asked me to build a spreadsheet catagorizing everything for them OR ELSE it would be $50/hour to have someone do it...
