I've always done my own taxes (turbotax) and for the first time ever (this year 2024) I decided to try H&R Block tax professional (14th of February) and so far they have done absolutely nothing. I submitted every single document I have and when I called, I was told they have no idea what "all these transactions" are for....and asked me to build a spreadsheet catagorizing everything for them OR ELSE it would be $50/hour to have someone do it... I made a spreadsheet in less than 2 hours and sent it over and Still Havent Heard ... read more
Very quick in getting appointment and very professional.
Our agent, Laura Woodward, patiently walked us through our many questions, and made us feel comfortable and cared about. Our best tax experience by far. We plan on recommending her to others.
They did great i gave them a mess to work with. Even had to file back taxes and they did it with no problem.
