Set up an appointment online. Confirmed appointment online once they sent me a reminder email only to get here and the office is closed. I call and the rep on phone tells me there’s no record of appointment which I’m looking at a confirmation page.
My taxes are not the most common one since I'm on a visa here. Associate filled my taxes incorrectly twice. I had to do my own research and tell him what needs to be done. Did it wrong again and did not inform me about exemption code I was supposed to provide for not having a health insurance which would cause me paying almost 3k fine.
