I’ve been going to this place for about 2-3 yrs and never ONCE had anything filed. Why? Because they always need more information, barely a phone number to call, AND have certain days and want you to come back on their time. Why am I paying you? Do you believe people have time to take off work to constantly show up? Terrible.
