I chose this location for the closeness to work. This location was clean and not busy. I had the pleasure of Ms. Simpson a 30 year tax pro. I came with 3 documents and my info was in the system from last years filing. All went smooth, quick and easy. My tax pro entered 3 lines of information, took 25 mins to prepare, and my total was 275. I requested if she could ask her manager for a discount code to apply. I was told H&R Block doesn’t do that. Carmela is amazing! She is fast, efficient, friendly, polite and very professional. Great service, friendly staff. I highly recommend this office.
The receptionist and assistant manger, had a problem reading and operating the credit card reader and as a result I was overcharged to the tune of $150. Should be a quick and easy resolution, however it occurred Thursday and I have been calling each day, because no one from the Romeoville IL office will call me back. Only option for me, is to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and a BBB complaint. I have been using this office since 2006.
