The receptionist and assistant manger, had a problem reading and operating the credit card reader and as a result I was overcharged to the tune of $150. Should be a quick and easy resolution, however it occurred Thursday and I have been calling each day, because no one from the Romeoville IL office will call me back. Only option for me, is to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and a BBB complaint. I have been using this office since 2006.

We used this office for almost twenty years. The first preparer we used eventually retired. And we were then assigned to Elsie. She likewise did such a good job, plus is so personable, that we requested her until we retired and no longer needed tax services. Now, we drop in every tax season when we are driving by to say a quick hello, catch up for a minute if she's between customers.She is very efficient and informative. And very kind
