They have different hours online, on the door, and when you call to make an appointment. Through online I was able to make an appointment at this location but when I got there they weren’t open. Why are you allowing appointments to be scheduled when the location isn’t even open? I made a new appointment then called the number I received in the confirmation text to double check and was told I called the Northgate location and the woman was annoyed that I questioned the opening hours of the Wallingford location. They claim to be open but they're not. By the stack of the mail inside the door they haven't been
H&R Block "forgot " to file my return. no way of getting a refund as they don't answer the phone. Finally got it filed a month late
