DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! We used a tax pro last year and paid $349 to get our taxes done. Our tax pro made a mistake and we overpaid the IRS $3100+. Now they are refusing to refund our money we paid to have our taxes done. Their quality guarantee is absolutely bogus and they are taking no accountability for their mistakes! Had one of the more absurd experiences of my life here. The person assigned to do my taxes could not process the simplest of events (e.g. marriage, moving states) and her skills appeared limited to transferring data from my W-2 into the computer. She was clearly at an intern level of competency despite being marketed as a "tax pro," and could hardly speak English to boot. She straight up failed to process my taxes, which wasted two hours.
