DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! We used a tax pro last year and paid $349 to get our taxes done. Our tax pro made a mistake and we overpaid the IRS $3100+. Now they are refusing to refund our money we paid to have our taxes done. Their quality guarantee is absolutely bogus and they are taking no accountability for their mistakes! I reached out to their regional manager Ali Naji and he took over two weeks to get back to me to then tell me that I can have $100 credit to do my taxes there next year. Martin at H&R Block made tax season a breeze for me and my partner. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel totally confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend him - we won’t go to anyone else! He deserves a raise for all his hard work!
Had one of the more absurd experiences of my life here. The person assigned to do my taxes could not process the simplest of events (e.g. marriage, moving states) and her skills appeared limited to transferring data from my W-2 into the computer. She was clearly at an intern level of competency despite being marketed as a "tax pro," and could hardly speak English to boot. She straight up failed to process my taxes, which wasted two hours.
