I had my taxes filed locally instead of online in hopes that local knowledge can help better with better deductions. Instead, I got poor communication and extra fees. If you know how to use the online portal, just do that and avoid the ridiculous extra charges for HSA and Investment income. Then do the pro review online because it's the same thing but way cheaper.
