I had my taxes filed locally instead of online in hopes that local knowledge can help better with better deductions. Instead, I got poor communication and extra fees. If you know how to use the online portal, just do that and avoid the ridiculous extra charges for HSA and Investment income. Then do the pro review online because it's the same thing but way cheaper. Doris was amazing and she explained everything she did thoroughly and made the process super easy!!
Great! So clear and understandable.
And trying to contact my income tax filler for 2 days and she will not call me back.
Overall it was a great experience. Although my appointment was almost an hour behind, the tax accountant made up for it with great service. The fees are way too high in my opinion.
