UPDATE: It gets worse. After everything I described in my previous review, the 5-hour wait, the incomplete return, the missed S-Corp deadline, the ignored calls, I was then contacted by H&R Block to pay for services that were never completed. I made it clear I did not authorize any further charges. Despite that, Galia Back attempted to charge my credit card without my authorization. Amazing people. Starting with the front desk, manager and the tax preparer. They got me in and out. This is my first year she broke my return down and even gave me advice for the future. I will be coming back.
