On May 14 I received a letter from the IRS and I was very concerned. Unable to reach the office who prepared my taxes I called the H&R Block office in Gaitway Plaza on May 15. Tina answered my call and immediately made the time to see me. She said she would look into this and call me that afternoon. Around 1pm I received a call back that everything was fine. I am very thankful for the prompt and courteous service I received.
