I went in completely stressed out over paperwork for an abatement over a high penalty and Shelia met with me to help and was incredibly helpful. Kathleen stopped by to help as well and their calm and kindhearted demeanor helped more than I can explain. I’m truly grateful to them and have only had good experiences with them. Now, please send good vibes my way in hopes the IRS accept my request/plea and I’ll send all positive thoughts for the rest of you dealing with all this as well…
