Mr. Erik is AMAZING! I always struggle to file my taxes because I have so many 1099 forms and expenses to write off. Erik was extremely fast, thorough, and always gets me the best return possible. This is now twice that Mr. Erik has surprised me, when I thought I wouldn't get any return at all and pay a lot out, and lo and behold I got a lot back! Do not go here unless you want your tax documents to be lost and never filed. Absolutely horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Tax documents were dropped off a month before the tax deadline and they said they would call. Never received a call and after stopping by multiple times because they never answered the phone or returned voicemails there's been excuse after excuse about why the paperwork still has not been filed. The people that work there are super nice, although my boyfriend and I both filed there and for a couple years back taxes, half of them kicked back, needing more information. I went back in they told me what I needed to do to instead of helping me after I paid over $800 for them to do mine and $400 for his. We could of just done it ourselves and saved that. Anyway hopefully someday I'm get that money back from taxes. Just not coming back here again.
