MK BACCUS is and amazing and persistent tax specialist. Every time a bump got in the way she knew what to do or knew how to get the information she needed and keep moving forward. She has been friendly, respectful, and with 4 hours in, being over an hour after closing making sure this is done and done right 5 stars is not enough.
I use Vickie for years . I hate the AI help because they r no help. I wish you could get a human. Didn't get confirmation number after message for onenota,or ashville they just hung up. I hope Vickie will call me. She's great and wonderful person. Done my taxes for years. Followed her every where. Couldn't make appointment, or Vickie on line.
