I use Vickie for years . I hate the AI help because they r no help. I wish you could get a human. Didn't get confirmation number after message for onenota,or ashville they just hung up. I hope Vickie will call me. She's great and wonderful person. Done my taxes for years. Followed her every where. Couldn't make appointment, or Vickie on line.
