If you want zero communication. This is your place! This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. There own website says, "we'll tell you the price upfront and then keep you updated if anything changes " THIS IS NOT THE TRUTH! We had NO upfront honesty whatsoever! H&R block also thinks it's appropriate the raise prices in the middle of tax season! What respectable company does this? Other reputable tax companies are MUCH cheaper and better qualified than these people! I felt completely taken advantage of!
Iam so pleased with H R BLOCK
Jess was very personable, and made me very comfortable while I waited for my appointment. Arielli was my tax professional and she was wonderful. I came in very under prepared and she didn't make me feel bad for it once. She jumped right in and helped me through everything. She was very friendly and sweet and my experience with her could not have been any better. These ladies rock and I highly recommend them!
