The most unprofessional tax experience I have ever had in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH, if you want to be lied to and then blamed for “choosing” it yourself. Was told I’d receive my taxes on a card within 24 hours. Was never even given the option of an advance because my return was “too little.” They never even tried. Husband and I filed at this branch for the first time this year. Will NOT return! We started with the person that was doing our taxes being horribly disrespectful and catty to her coworker. Talking down to her and making her took incapable in front of us. Then she said it was entered wrong... it wasnt.. took her 20 minutes to figure that out.
