Worst experience ever. They had one job, to get our taxes filed on time, and instead we fell through the cracks. My husband and I have always used HR Block in other cities before we moved here. This year we brought our documents in and dropped them off, went over stuff with the lady and left. It was our first time not staying through the whole process, because we have an infant this year, and it was too hard to keep her in the office the whole time.
