After spending quite a bit of money here only to find out they filled our taxes under the wrong address, and have not offered to fix it or give us any of our money back. I will never go back. If I could give zero stars to the Spencer WV location I would. We normally file our own taxes, but this year was a bit more difficult so we decided to go with a tax "professional ".... what a mistake! We get home and set down to pay what we owe only to find out our address was entered very wrong!( After repeatedly confirming the proper address and zip code) We called them to let them know and were given very poor advice which they didnt seem confident in giving.
