Booked an appointment for a tax amendment. No one showed up and I was 15 minutes early. Called again and got the voicemail saying that all employees are in training all week. So why book an appointment with a customer if you are unable to show up? Horrible.
Rosie continues, as she has for many years, to give us top notch tax service. We are impressed with her excellent tax knowledge and ability to file our needed paperwork .
