Totally screwed up my return. Always in a hurry. Drop off your info and they will call when done, usually quick. Prepared my return, forgot to add my S.S. income to my State return. I was hot with a penalty from Vt., had to submit a revised return, screwed up my payments. H&R sent me 25.00 check to cover mailing advised returns to the State, costs me over $30.00, plus a penalty over $100.00. They like to bang out the returns, drop the info off and never see the Prep person. I am available for an apology and a 2024 appointmen... read more
The past few years have been horrible with H&R Block. Due to errors in my taxes, the state of New York is now taking almost $150 a week out of my pay check for the next 2 months and I cannot get anyone to respond to my calls/messages from H&R Block.
Terrible,only one tax. preparer. No receptionest
